Lindsey

Registered Dental Assistant

I have been a dental assistant for 17 years, 15 of those I have spent with the Crow Family Dentistry team. The part of my job I enjoy the most is working with Dr. Don Crow treating patient's for Obstructive Sleep Apnea with Oral Appliance therapy. It is such a joy to help patient's sleep better, to improve their quality of life and get to know each and every patient along the way. Outside of the office I enjoy spending time with my husband, two children and two Labradors. We love to get outdoors and camp, hike, play sports and horseback ride. You will also find me tending to my garden and hanging out with my chickens or as I like to call them my "girls".

I have been a dental assistant for 24 years and for the last 20 years I’ve worked with Drs. Don and Michelle Crow.  I truly love the team I work with here at Crow Family Dentistry.  Patient care is our top priority and I feel proud to be a part of such an awesome group of people.  I really enjoy the interaction with our patients.  I take pride in helping our patients relax and helping them achieve the smile they want.  I enjoy camping, going to concerts and especially spending time with my husband and son. “Smile Big, Smile Often”

Betty

Betty

Patient Care Coordinator

I started my career with a dental insurance company, but moved quickly into the dental office because I was so impressed with how much the dental staff cared about the patient’s welfare.  I’ve been with Drs. Crow since 1999 and I am proud to be a part of this caring, professional team.  My husband Bob and I have two wonderful daughters and one son-in law.  My passion is The International Order of the Rainbow for Girls, where I volunteer my time helping to empower girls and young women to be the leaders of tomorrow though service to the community.

I have over 26 years of experience in the dental field and have enjoyed working on the Crow Family Dentistry team for the past 14 1/2 years.  I am a Washington native and enjoy exercising, shopping, and spending time with my husband.  It has been a pleasure being in a career and spending so much time with a team that is like a second family.  Working in the dental field has been very rewarding.  I enjoy meeting people and helping them get beautiful smiles.

Patient Care Coordinator

I entered the dental field in 2001 after graduating from the Dental Assisting course at Sno-Isle Skills Center here in Everett. Dental assisting is a true passion of mine because I love working closely with patients and learning more about them. Over the last few years I’ve found that I also enjoy working in the front office. Currently I work part time helping Jody and Betty out up front, but you may also see me in the clinic from time to time. When I am not at work I enjoy spending time with my family, dogs, traveling, and attempting to learn Spanish.

Susan

Susan

Registered Dental Hygienist

I graduated from the Shoreline Dental Hygiene program in 1993 and joined the Crow Family Dentistry Team in 2008. I enjoy working in this office because, both Dr. Don Crow and Dr. Michelle Crow treat their patients like they would their own family.  In the last 10 years I have seen more research in how the oral health and systemic health are closely related, and I enjoy helping our patients grow healthier by finding ways to take better care of their teeth and the tissues surrounding them.  When I am not in the office I enjoy hiking the many trails in Washington, gardening and spending time with my family and friends.

Registered Dental Hygienist

I started working for Crow Family Dentistry in June of 2012. I was born and raised here in Everett where I still live today with my husband Ryan and our “four legged kids”. My husband and I love boating, especially to the San Juan Islands. I attended WSU (Go Cougs!) for 2 years where I originally wanted to become a veterinarian .In the end I decided to choose the dental field since I have always liked going to the dentist. I obtained my dental hygiene degree and graduated from LWTC in 2010. I absolutely love my career and I enjoy meeting new people and getting to know my patients on a personal level.

I have been in the dental field for the past 20 years and for the last 16 years I’ve worked with Dr.s’ Don and Michelle Crow. I started out in the office working at the front desk, I really enjoyed it. I moved down to the Hygiene department about 12 years ago and I truly love working in Hygiene. The patients I have really come to know over the years are great. It’s fun to see what has gone on in their lives every 6 months. The staff at Crow Family Dentistry are amazing and I love working with everyone here. They are my 2nd family. I enjoy spending time with my Husband of 30 years and our 3 children, and my grandson Kasen.

Registered Dental Assistant

I started dental assisting 26 years ago. I took some time off so I could be at home with my three children.  I have been at Crow Family Dentistry for 3.5 years. Even after all these years, I still find dental assisting fun and challenging.  There are always new things to learn in the ever changing field.  Being able to help fearful patients gain confidence to overcome their fears is very rewarding.  Dr.’s Don and Michelle Crow take their time with each patient making sure they are informed and educated, and have a clear understanding of what they need to have done to have a healthy smile.  On my days off I enjoy spending time with my three kids, working in my yard and trying new recipes in the kitchen.

Registered Dental Hygienist

In 2014 I started my career as a dental assistant at a practice in Seattle. I fell in love with dentistry so much that it motivated me to go back to school and become a Dental Hygienist. I graduated from the LWIT Dental Hygiene program in June of 2017. After graduating I was a temp at a number of dental offices waiting for the perfect job. I have found my dental home at Crow Family Dentistry and couldn’t be more proud of where I work. I am excited to serve the community and excited to get to know all of our patients! In my free time I like to hike, explore new places, spend time with my family, and plan my upcoming wedding in March 2018.
